Data Science undergraduate courses will be rolled out beginning Fall 2017. The following courses will be offered during 2017-18 academic year.

**Fall 2017 **

- Workshop in Data Science (CSE 91). CSE 91* as a place holder for a 2-unit project course in data science; The class will be limited to about 15 students. Students will do a hands-on project. The purpose of the course is to encourage students to work on projects by themselves with little guidance. It is an excellent opportunity to practice and learn data science on their own with guidance from the instructor. This course is not required.
